Implementing "Three Guarantees" within the Product Quality Assurance Period
We guarantee to repair: During the warranty period, the company shall bear all the repair costs incurred by manufacturing reasons.
Replacement: During the warranty period, if the product has serious quality problems and cannot be repaired, the company will be responsible for the replacement;
Return: During the warranty period, if the product has serious quality problems and has passed the contract exchange procedure, the company will be responsible for the return of the contract.

Service Process
Pre-order of products
We will send professional technicians and sales engineers to communicate with customers in order to help them choose the type economically, effectively and reasonably. We will promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information and technical solutions.
Signing of Product Contract
We will clarify the relevant requirements and supply scope with customers and confirm the technical documents. We will sign and perform the contract in a fair, honest, responsible and law-abiding manner.
Product Manufacturing Process
We will track the product processing process in time to ensure that the contract agreed delivery time, timely communication with customers on-site progress, and contact customers on-site supervision and inspection.
Product Delivery
We will communicate with customers to confirm the delivery period and assist customers in transportation and freight forwarding.
Installation and commissioning of products
We will provide customers with installation and commissioning technical guidance, provide installation technical support, help to solve the problems in the installation and commissioning process of customer boiler equipment, and also provide customers with boiler management personnel and furnace operator operation training.
Post-product Maintenance
During the whole process of using the boiler, we will visit the customers regularly to know the use of the products. At the same time, it provides customers with boiler maintenance guidance and service technical support. Finally, we will provide users with all kinds of spare parts for a long time.
